Make Social Media Work for You

Establish a Facebook page and post on social media?  Easy!

Keep your Facebook page growing by consistently posting engaging content that builds brand awareness, enhances your image and reaches supporters and customers with the right message? Not so easy!

Find out what's worked, and what hasn't, for Rob...who not only was called upon to launch Facebook page after Facebook page for organizations who learned of the success he was having, but who's still responsible for keeping all those pages going...and keeping them interesting!

A link to the Zoom meeting will be sent to registrants a few days before the event.

Our Speaker:

Rob Puglisi is a marketing and communications executive with a specialty in digital marketing and social media. A native of New York State, he spent many years working in TV news as a producer, executive producer and news director in New York, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Kansas. He returned to New York and joined WTEN-TV in Albany, where he led the news department from 1998 to 2005. He then joined The Community Hospice, one of the country's largest non-profit hospice programs, as Director of Marketing and Communications, where he established their social media presence and helped their Facebook page get nearly 35,000 followers.  Two years ago, he was asked to take on additional digital marketing projects for The Eddy, which is a division of The Community Hospice's parent company, St. Peter's Health Partners...and he established, and currently oversees, the content creation for a dozen different non-profit organizations. A past president of the Capital Region of New York's chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, and a recipient of the organization's Outstanding PR Practitioner Award.
